This M60 FET Master Stereo Set gives you everything you need to accurately capture any source with sonic purity and a gorgeous, clear, and glassy top end. The M60 FET Master Stereo Set includes two identical M60 FET amplifiers (microphone bodies) and matched pairs of TK60 cardioid, TK61 omnidirectional, and TK62 hypercardioid capsules. All the capsules feature 6-micron, 15mm gold-sputtered membranes, and the pairs have been precision measured within a tight ±1dB sensitivity tolerance. Whatever capsule you use, the M60 FET’s ultra-fast transient response delivers exceptional detail, definition, and presence that’s ideally suited to capturing the nuanced complexity of stringed instruments and percussion. TK60 cardioid capsule

The Telefunken TK60 cardioid capsule offers a quick and accurate transient response and captures a surprisingly robust bottom end for a small-diaphragm capsule. The cardioid pattern and a flat EQ response between 150Hz to 7kHz with an airy peak at 8kHz make the TK60 perfect for applications like drum overheads, hi-hats, and acoustic instruments.
